Executive Search, Advertised Selection, or a combination of the two, are the three most commonly used methodologies for recruiting senior individuals. Our firmly held belief is that each recruitment campaign has its own set of characteristics and the choice of methodology, or combination of methodologies, can only be made with a full understanding of the client's needs. As such, we approach all assignments with an open mind and will only recommend a particular methodology once we have sufficient understanding of the requirement. In short, we won't limit your access to the best candidates by limiting our methodology.

Having selected a methodology, we then bring to bear the expertise of our recruitment team, led by our three partners who have over 40 years of recruitment experience. Whether it's search, selection or a combination, we have conducted assignments across a wide range of sectors (including energy, industry, support services, technology, construction, transport) for a range of general managers and functional heads (including CEO, MD, FD, HRD, CIO, Commercial Director, Production Director) over a broad geographical area (including UK, Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, North America).

Each search or selection assignment is personally handled by one of our partners, who will remain responsible and accountable to the client throughout the duration of the assignment and for future assignments.
