Swedish Speaking Regional Service Manager Stockholm €62K + Package

Fluent Swedish Service Manager - Service Delivery Manager - Head of Service Delivery - Delivery Manager

Global Consultancy looking to hire a Swedish Speaking Regional Service Manager to manage and lead the Service Delivery Team in Stockholm €65K - €70K + Package

The Role:

  • To manage the performance of services & the resources to clients as agreed in the contract and ensure that the Service Levels are achieved.
  • Management of an IT Service Delivery team (Field Services / Deskside support Desktop Support) and be responsible for career development and appraisals.
  • Definition of service level agreements (SLA'S) related to contracted services.
  • To manage the IT Service Delivery team (Field Services / Desk Side support / Desktop Support) & Partner Resource team, taking responsibility for desktop support
  • Ensure SLA's are achieved and client expectations are met (or exceeded).
  • To build services relationships with clients & partner organisations
  • Ensure quality and profitable services are performed to the agreed SLA.
  • Managing Quality reviews with the Partner Organisation
  • To ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
  • To provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports.
  • Attend client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes.
  • To develop the Partner quality & partner value add

Skills / Attributes Required

  • Swedish & English language mandatory. Italian and French would be added advantage.
  • Experience in (Field Services / Deskside Support / Desktop Support / Infrastructure
  • Experience with Field Services based delivery
  • Should have basic knowledge of work or labour laws (holidays, overtime, and salary increments) in Sweden, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an IT Service management capacity.
  • Proven people management skills.
  • ITIL Service Delivery qualification is desirable.
